Arcadia Group: Retail Analysis May 2018

Arcadia Group managed to increase EBIT in the year to end FY2017 after a disastrous 2015 when EBIT dropped by about half. However, whether this is a case of creative account remains to be seen as revenue dropped by another £100m in 2017.

If the business is unable to grow revenue in any of its brands, perhaps it is time to break-up the group brands and focus on the jewel in the crown - Topshop / Topman?
